The Fourth Pan Commonwealth Forum on Open Learning will be Co-hosted by the Commonwealth of Learning (COL) together with a Caribbean Consortium comprising: CARADOL, JADOL, TTDLA, CEODL and UWIDEC. The theme for the conference is "Open and Distance Learning for Development".
The Pan-Commonwealth Forum on Open Learning is held biennially, co-hosted by the Commonwealth of Learning (COL) with different partners in different regions of the Commonwealth each time. The Forum's focus is on topics especially relevant societies in developing countries from where the majority of participants are expected.
